The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC’s IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC. Currently, we are seeking an Asset Management professional in Washington, D.C. The selected candidate must be a US Citizen (without dual citizenship) able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Performs day-to-day activities required to manage and maintain the accuracy of assets, such as receiving, storing, distributing, shipping, inventorying, and accounting for all accountable and capitalized OIT hardware and software assets (including IT accessories and peripherals)
Develop asset management support documents such as: Standard Operating Procedures, Software and Hardware asset reports, inventory documentation such as databases and spreadsheets, and more
Complete Capital and Non-capital asset audits and verifications
Reconcile hardware and software asset audit findings via reconciliation reports
Daily organization, tracking, and reporting on accountable and consumable assets maintained within warehouse storerooms.

To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:
At least 4 years of related experience managing IT assets to include, delivery and staging, asset tracking, asset deployment, license management, and asset disposal
Experience managing and maintaining the accuracy of asset inventories with electronic asset management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and LANDesk
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
Hands on experience completed wall-to-wall inventories via physical discovery with hand-held scanners and with eDiscovery tools
It would be great if you also had:
Experience completing software level asset management across an IT enterprise
Proficiency with Microsoft Access
Experience with electronic discovery tools such as SCCM, BigFix, and IBM Tivoli
