Job Posting for Night Auditor-Hyatt Place at General Hotels Corporation
***DAILY PAY, INSURANCE AFTER 30 DAYS, PAID TIME OFF, HOTEL DISCOUNTS***
The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing and audit for accuracy of room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts, and telephone revenue. This position will also assist with the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. Duties include completing and transmitting accounting reports and supporting documents. The night auditor will act as hotel system liaison during night hours and perform all GSR functions as required; Assist in booking room reservations; answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of message.
Qualifications Include: (not limited to)
Previous customer service experience is required. Previous experience in a similar position or within a hotel preferred.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.
Guest service oriented demeanor is required. Candidate should be willing to go above and beyond for our guests and have a professional, positive attitude.
