Responsibilities
- Greet showroom customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Answer incoming phone calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries.
- Input customer data into customer management system.
- Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow.
- Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Prior office experience is a preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment .
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
