Sales Executive

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales executive to help us build our business activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-4 years of successful sales experience in Dubai, with a focus on selling cleaning and sanitation products to hotels along with other hotel ammenities.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's hotel market, cleaning needs, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional product knowledge and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with hotel clients in Dubai, including decision-makers and housekeeping managers.

Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our cleaning and sanitation products, emphasizing how they enhance cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, Dubai-specific regulations, and hotel market dynamics related to cleaning and sanitation.

Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Presentations: Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing product value.

Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with clients' needs and budgets.

Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales and provide regular progress updates to the management team.

Customer Support: Deliver prompt and professional customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create Dubai-specific marketing materials and campaigns.

The candidate should be present in UAE.

Mandatory: Minimum 3 to 4 years experience as Sales Executive in a cleaning company.
