Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and drive business growth
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure product availability
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
