Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Manager : Manage and service existing customer relationships through direct and in person contact Process all sales orders by engaging directly with customers and answering an inquiries Answer all potential customers questions in a professional manner and gain exceptional knowledge of services to be an expert Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care;
