Metro New Orleans based technology services company that provides software, technology tools and services to the real estate title, settlement and escrow industry nationwide needs a reliable and organized assistant to help with inside sales support and day-to-day administrative activities. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and have excellent written and telephone communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining the company's CRM system;
• Assist sales staff and management with various clerical/administrative tasks;
• Assist others in the company with answering phones, greeting visitors, etc.
Requirements:
• A degree in business or similar discipline or significant work experience;
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office applications;
• Strong administration and organizational skills;
• Legal or real estate industry background a plus;
• Experience with ZOHO CRM software a plus;
