- Good communication skills, oral and written
- Experience in school setting preferred
- Experience with Synergy preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work well with parents of At-Risk students
- Such alternatives to the above qualification as the Mt. Morris Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
