Fitness Advisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Fitness Advisor to join our team. As a Fitness Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling fitness memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients in achieving their fitness goals. Duties:
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their fitness goals and needs
- Provide personalized recommendations on fitness programs and services
- Present and explain membership options, pricing, and benefits to potential clients
- Utilize technology sales techniques to effectively communicate with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Negotiate membership terms and pricing to meet client needs
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and expand client base
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage client accounts and ensure accurate record keeping

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation skills to close sales deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using technology for sales presentations and client management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
