The Implementation & Training Specialist designs, develops and executes written knowledge articles and online recorded training tutorials and provides employee software instruction.
Position Highlights
*Assess individual and group training needs with software releases, new hire training and system configuration changes
*Responsible for authoring and maintaining online knowledge bases.
*Design, develop and publish recorded training content including, but not limited to activities, courses and programs in corporate learning management system (LMS).
*Work with the e-learning development team to design and organize training content in LMS.
*Instruct users on an individual or group basis through Zoom meetings and Zoom webinars and provide follow-up open question and answer sessions.
