LTC ACO, a subsidiary of Genesis HealthCare, began in 2016 as the first Accountable Care Organization (ACO) focused specifically on the special needs of Medicare Beneficiaries residing in long-term care (LTC) facilities. Join the ACO as our Healthcare Economics Analyst to develop and manage broad ranges of complex financial and management reporting as well as in depth analysis utilizing multiple datasets. You will provide critical management support in understanding and improving operating metrics as well as supporting the development of new initiatives.
Position Highlights
*Position reports to LTC ACO - VP of Finance and Analytics.
*Analyze claims data and identify trend and outlier patterns.
*Identify and track ACO beneficiaries by cost and category.
*Develop, implement and communicate savings methodologies for unique interventions.
*Translate key business analytic needs into technical requirements for data analysts.
*Present data analyses and key findings to various audiences within the ACO team.
SHARECHCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
*At least 3 years' experience with SQL is required.
*Experience reporting and analyzing medical claims data is required.
*At least 5-7 years of industry experience in analytics is required.
*Managed Care experience is preferred
*Healthcare/Medical Economics experience is preferred
*Must be able to travel as needed
