Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phone calls
- Respond to Genesis leads through various channels of communication
- Maintaining and tracking positive Buyer Experience Surveys
- Maintaining and tracking positive Service Experience Surveys
- Scheduling service appointments & Valet services
- Greeting customers during showroom visits
- Following up with clients after purchase
- Maintaining & and promoting our dealer website
- Maintaining & growing social media accounts
