Within a nursing center, the Medical Records Clerk provides daily medical records management, including document collection, technical validation and records maintenance to ensure compliance with Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) and other regulatory agencies. Clerk will be required to work as Manager on Duty one weekend day a month.
