- Very Good in Verbal and Wriften communicafion
- Should have Technical Team Management skills at a Tech Lead/Dev Manager capacity.
- Ability to conduct meefings involving business stake holders.
- Ability to comfortably interact with execs/sr. management.
- Self-Mofivated/Self Driven
Required Basic Qualifications:
- AI Enthusiast
- Should have few years of hands-on Python experience.
- Should have experience with AI APIs like Chat GPT / Gemini / Perplexity
- Should have experience experimenfing with Local LLMs like LLAMA or Mistral.
- Should have good knowledge and experience on Embeddings / Vector DB
- Should have experience building applicafions involving AI/Client or Gen AI
- Ability to evaluate various models and tools.
- Strong technologist who can propose/review architecture and review team output.
- Bonus: Experience in AI/Client (in addifion to Gen AI)
- Should have the experience and tech leadership skills to talk tech, understand Python, GenAI, LLM, Client
- Be a facilitator/driver of projects
- They use Meta Llama for LLM, Google Gemini
- Other tools a plus include snowflake, cloudflare, dealing with data from different APIs
- Should have embedded, Vector DB knowledge, know how to pull data from structured and unstructured sources
- Helpful to have 1-3 or more years Client, predictive analytics knowledge/experience, 1-3 years experience in AI
- For AI, be an enthusiast, technologist, driver, influencer. Will work with different parts of the org and help them understand how they can use AI for efficiencies and productivity.
