Job Details
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Product Recruiter with our corporate investment banking company client in either of their locations - New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL. This is a 12 month contract to hire position.
Summary and responsibilities
Partner with Product Practice Owner, Hiring Managers, HRBP's and Recruiting Administration/Ops to seek out, assess, attract and hire the best Product talent. Concentration will be on more complex/senior level recruitment of
o Financial Product Managers
o Data Product Managers
o Digital Product Managers
o Technical Product Managers
o UX Product Managers
Build solid relationships with key stakeholders, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor and recruitment SME
Develop external candidate pools via a variety of methods including the utilization of tools for headhunting & market mapping
Manage complex offers and situations using discretion and solid judgment
Focus on process improvement & independently source solutions
Administer all staffing-related policies and procedures, including redeployment activity and our client's diversity recruitment emphasis by playing an active role in these initiatives and other projects and events
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of progressive related experience within recruitment/talent acquisition
Proven experience recruiting for Product Management
Advanced client facing and communication skills
Experience working in an agile environment (preferred, not essential)
Strong headhunting skills
Strong business acumen, self-motivated to continue to grow/learn, and adaptable to change
Pay rate range: $45.00 - $49.00 hourly
