Summary:
- The client has a cross-product, cross-platform design and engineering team.
- We take the most impactful design opportunities and make them a reality through UX guidance and platform code.
- We make client's products more efficient at building beautifully designed products for everyone.
- The incubation team investigates speculative, high-impact opportunities for client design platform through hands-on experimentation and programs to scale exploratory work across portfolio teams.
Responsibilities:
- This role will partner closely with the Incubation team and xfn teams to coordinate AI workstreams within client.
- You'll be essential in helping to drive partner engagements with client teams, by establishing a CRM, intake process, and coordinating working sessions.
- This role requires excellent communication skills to establish clear working models between multiple teams, track dependencies, and keep projects on track through regular reporting.
- Coordinate and manage dependencies between AI workstreams within client and client partners.
- Establish CRM and intake process for potential partnerships.
- Manage operations for ongoing AI experiments, largely within client Incubation.
- Collaborate with program managers to ensure tracking of projects and reporting of overall AI investigation progress.
- Establish a working model between portfolio teams and Incubation to coordinate technical experiments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Program management experience.
- Detail orientation.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Prioritization.
