Member Service Representative/Teller - GenFed Financial Credit Union, a financial cooperative banking institution, is currently looking for a FT Member Service Representative for our Centralia Branch. The ideal candidate will be proficient in cash handling and cash management, have excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships, and experience in sales, upselling and financial product knowledge. Member Service Representatives are responsible for providing our members with education regarding our products. The person filling this position must be able to work as part of a team and enjoy working with our members. Sales experience is preferred! Competitive starting pay plus incentive pay for sales.
