The ideal candidate will be reliable and be able to work independently. The candidate should also possess basic computer troubleshooting skills as well as the ability to perform hardware upgrades. Job Requirements
1. Provide 1st level technical assistance and advice for 250 users and add end users as needed.
2. Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines.
3. Perform add, moves and changes to computers and phones.
4. Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10
5. Ability to work independently and in a Team
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Active Directory
8. Strong Documentation Skills
9. Manage asset tag assignment information and maintain database of inventory information
10. Must be in the North\Central Jersey Area
11. Aiding with audio visual equipment in conference rooms and classrooms
