We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our expanding company. The Human Resources Manager will provide HR leadership to multiple locations throughout Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direct HR initiatives throughout the company.
- Guide managers and employees regarding HR administration items including pay, benefits, and time off.
- Diagnosing organization issues, developing solutions, and leading corrective responses.
- Manage recruiting and hiring activities. Oversee strategies for hiring full and part time candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Human Resources Management or similar related business field.
- 2 years’ experience in Human resources management.
- Recruiting experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to deliver data and analysis through presentations to company managers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a busy office environment.
