Regional Marketing Specialist

Job Scope:

The US Regional Marketing Specialist will join the US Regional Marketing Team to increase brand awareness and generate leads through social channels. The US Regional Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, posting, and launching social marketing campaigns in the US for the reagent services business within the Life Science Group. Moreover, the Regional Marketing Specialist is required to have strong understanding of the biotechnology landscape and lead nurturing process to increase brand awareness, as well as identify qualified leads for sales and marketing teams to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate marketing/sales qualified leads through social channels such Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Researchgate, etc.
  2. Collaborate with Product Management and Global Market Development Teams for social campaign management and implementation.
  3. Analyze each social campaign to evaluate engagement and return of investment.
  4. Handle multiple platforms including but not limited to Sproutsocial, Salesforce, Canva, Scileads, and other external tools for the entire Reagent Services Business Unit marketing team.
  5. Calculate and monitor marketing expenses and budget while keep track of performance and ROI for campaigns.
  6. Utilize marketing tools and tactics to elevate the GenScript brand and generate demand for all service lines.

Qualifications:

  1. 2 years of work experience in biotech/pharma, preferably in project management, marketing, and/or business development.
  2. Masters’ Degrees in Biology or a Life Science is plus.
  3. Strong understanding of CRO and CDMO businesses in the US.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to travel, up to 20%
