Gentle Family Dentistry is seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused individual to join our Dental Family as a Patient Coordinator. Dental coordinator experience of 1 year is preferred, and familiarity with Eaglesoft is a bonus. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Greet patients warmly as they arrive, check them in for their appointments, and efficiently handle the check-out process after treatment is completed.
Patient Forms and Information: Update and manage patient forms and information accurately to ensure the smooth flow of administrative processes.
Phone Handling: Professionally and courteously handle incoming phone calls, address patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with any related concerns.
Treatment Plans and Insurance: Collaborate with dental professionals to coordinate treatment plans, explain procedures to patients, and provide estimates for insurance coverage.
Multitasking: Effectively handle various tasks in a fast-paced team environment, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Dental Experience: Utilize your dental knowledge and experience to assist patients and answer their questions regarding treatments, oral health, and post-treatment care.
Eaglesoft Management: If you have experience with Eaglesoft, use your skills to efficiently manage patient records, scheduling, and other related administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Coordinator is preferred (1 year preferred).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software, with a preference for Eaglesoft experience.
- Strong customer service focus, ensuring patients feel welcomed and well cared for during their visits.
- Energetic and personable, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for our patients.
