What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Intake position at Gentle Touch Home Care?
Daily/ continuous monitoring of orders needing sent to physicians and follow-up with physician offices as necessary
Assist intake department, discharge planners and referral sources with contracted insurance issues and patient placement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
