ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage staff of direct reports to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and following Genuine standards and policies.
- Train staff on proper portions, safety and all other protocols needed to in their designated roles. Communicate staffing needs with HR/Management as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining P L and staying within budgeted goals.
- Coordinate with the Food Service Director/Regional Operations Director/etc to assist with production planning, minimize waste, and communicate any other necessary information.
- Ensure the working area is clean and following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Adheres to facility confidentiality, HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
- Acts as the direct liaison with the client and ensures any client concerns are addressed and communicated through proper channels.
All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in Healthcare Retail Management, Food Service Management, or Hospitality Management.
- Culinary degree preferred, or A.A. Degree plus related experience
- Financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills.
- ServSafe® Certified preferred.
- Proficient computer skills including email, the Internet and other necessary computer programs.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness
- Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
- Self-motivated, able to lead and be a proactive problem solver
