Tasks will include various construction aspects such as framing, roofing, siding, window/door installation, interior finishing, floor installation, cement pouring, and painting. Don't worry if you lack experience in any of these areas – we provide training for those who show up ready to work hard. Our projects vary in scope, but we strive to offer our team as close to full-time hours as possible while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with 4-day work weeks. You are right for this role if...

• You are known for your work ethic, and we REALLY mean this. We are absolutely not looking for someone who will not be dependable or is lazy. We invest in our team and truly expect them to show up for us, as we will always do for them.
• You have reliable transportation and are able to travel within a 50 mile radius of Ventura, CA for client projects.
• You are able to be left unsupervised because you’re going to do the job you’re supposed to do and not slack off. We don’t want to babysit out workers and instead want to have trust in our employees - with or without a manager on site, the job will be done and done right.
• You know your limitations and know when to ask for help instead of avoiding the task or doing it wrong.
• You’re alone on the job without a manager and are unsure of what to do, you’re going to pick up the phone. Great communication skills and being confident that asking for help is always the right thing to do is a must here.
• You'll keep busy even when waiting. You know there is never nothing to do on a jobsite.

Salary Range $25-35/hour
