Our Training team is delivering exciting, well-designed training to our customers, regulators, and our internal team on all aspects of our products and services. We need support creating delightful and seamless experiences for all of those audiences. If you are someone who is interested in learning more about geolocation technologies (you’ll know a lot about that), training design and delivery (we’re committed to excellence!) and everything that goes into a well rounded training program then this is the opportunity for you!
What You Will Be Doing
- Update Learning Management System (LearnUpon) in the following areas: session creation & attendance tracking, report creation & monitoring, input learning assignments, troubleshooting
- Support logistics and administration for internal and external training programs
- Coordinate and run point on external and internal training events, including workshops, webinars, info sessions, both virtual and in-person
- Directly oversee training schedules, ensuring that programs are delivered on time and according to internal timelines
- Create pre- and post-training communications
- Support with the preparation and maintenance of manuals/slide decks/training documents for internal and customer use
- Manage webinar & virtual training tools during online learning sessions ex: break out rooms, polls, Q&A, chatbox
- Collaborate with the Training and Product Teams on creating presentations, videos and other educational materials
- Support the Training team with projects
About You
- Bias for action and a growth mindset
- Eager to learn and grow—you’ve likely had some post-secondary education or have equivalent professional experience in a similar role, and you continue to seek opportunities to level up your skills
- 2 years of experience as an Training Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Event Coordinator or EA
- Experience with complex calendar, email, and documentation management
- Experience organizing virtual events and presentations
- Master troubleshooting skills that can solve common tech problems experienced by the webinar attendees - also stay cool under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with LMS
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and signal for help if needed
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in an agile environment
