Job Description
Building a career in the construction industry starts with GeoConstructors, Inc. We are seeking excavator operators who reside in the mid-Atlantic region, (NC, SC, VA, DC, MD, PA, DE, WV, NJ or NY) , and who want to grow with us and earn a good living. Career growth includes the opportunity to learn more complex pieces of equipment or become a Foreman for us.
Earnings Potential: You earn travel time to each project, $40/day meal assistance and then travel time to get home two weeks later. Your hotel room is paid for and in addition to your hourly rate, you are working consistent overtime. Our rate of pay is generally between $23 and $25/hour depending on your experience. If you earn $24/hour…..
$960/week - $24 x 40 hours

Like to be on the road, experiencing new places? Our crews travel within the mid-Atlantic region. Each crew has 1-2 skid steer operators, a concrete pump or large excavator and/or hydraulic rig that pushes piers deep into the ground. You travel in your own car to our job sites, staying in a single hotel room, two weeks at a time, with a weekend at home every other weekend, (arriving home Friday for dinner and returning Sunday night or Monday morning for a 6:30 a.m. start). For some, this is exciting and a great way to earn and save money. For others, obligations at home prevent this kind of travel.
The work is consistent all year so if you’re looking for steady work, you get that with us. You can really save a lot of money with this kind of arrangement since your lodging is direct billed to Geo and you’re getting a per diem for food.
