The Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Collections is responsible for all functions related to collections in the Accounting department, to include: collection calls, correspondence, account review and customer service.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
High volume, corporate collections experience preferred
Accounts Receivable experience preferred
Knowledge of billing and collections procedures
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret bills
Ability to write and send proper business correspondence
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles, and is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.
