Job Description: Quality Assurance Manager
- Position Overview
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and technical aspects related to quality management, health, safety, and workshop security operations in the wind energy sector. Your role will involve implementing ISO 9001 standards, conducting technical writing, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, you will provide training on quality assurance practices and collaborate with colleagues and customers to maintain high-quality standards.

- Proven fluency in technical writing (Mastery - 4)

Experience: Years:
- Over 5 years of experience in quality management and/or health & safety leadership roles, preferably in the wind energy or manufacturing industry.
- Over 5 years of strong knowledge of quality management principles, techniques, and tools, such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- 3 to 5 years of familiarity with health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to the wind energy sector, including OSHA regulations.
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading and managing audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
