DeLallo is seeking candidates for a Sales Administrative Assistant opportunity at our corporate office located in Mt Pleasant PA.
This position will provide administrative support to our Sales department: generating various daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, proofreading materials, and coordinating with various departments such as Accounting, Marketing, Transportation, Order Entry, Purchasing, and Warehouse/Receiving.

This position will provide administrative support to our Sales department: generating various daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, proofreading materials, and coordinating with various departments such as Accounting, Marketing, Transportation, Order Entry, Purchasing, and Warehouse/Receiving.
Essential Functions
- Prepare daily sales reports and check requests using Excel
- Prepare weekly coupon and sales reporting
- Prepare commission reports for Human Resources department
- Prepare monthly sales reports and customer spin reports utilizing Excel
- Prepare rebate accruals for accounting department
- Tracks damages by customer
- Collaborate with National Grocery Manager to compile necessary information for meetings
- Account analysis including identifying top 25 customers semi-annually
- Compile P&Ls on customers when requested
- Miscellaneous reporting when necessary
- Accounting degree preferred, or
- 2 years previous accounting experience preferred
- MUST BE HIGHLY PROFICIENT at Excel - using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc. on a regular basis. Also needs to be proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word;
- Strong math and analytical skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through
- Demonstrate clear, easy to understand, and professional communication skills
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
