Gertens Retail Store in Inver Grove Heights is seeking SEASONAL part time Order Pullers for the Order Fulfillment team! Do you enjoy working on your feet in a fast paced environment? If you like to keep moving and avoid downtime - we'd love to speak with you!!

Candidates need to be able to start working ASAP!

Candidates need to work between 6-8 hour shifts during the daytime ideally 10:00am-4:00pm, 3 or more days a week. Weekend availability preferred.

What can you expect in your day to day?

  • Responsible for moving product from various areas within the department including pushing carts, transporting product, lifting, etc.
  • May operate a voice unit and/or Radio Frequency (RF) unit.
  • Pick customer orders by following standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for lifting or moving product weighing in excess of 50 pounds and being on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Report’s discrepancies and/or product damages during the order pull/loading process.
  • Works cooperatively with others to maintain accuracy and productivity goals.
  • Puts safety at the forefront and adheres to all company policies and procedures regarding safety.
  • Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent customer awareness & focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, perform well under pressure and effectively manage competing and/or changing priorities.
  • Being able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Being able to lift 50-100 lbs consistent and be on their feet for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
