This is a challenging role that will recruit top talent across the US in Finance, Accounting, Creative, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales and IT.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract, identify, source and screen qualified candidates through internet sourcing, referrals, social media, job boards, networking, college recruiting, and emailing.
- Partner with hiring managers to build recruiting efforts, review job duties/skills and provide education regarding hiring, labor and salary markets.
- Review applications and resumes to assess qualifications and salary history.
- Make recommendations to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
- Provide hiring managers with regular updates on the recruiting efforts.
- Calculate and negotiate compensation packages, benefits and offer letters.
- Adhere to HR laws and OFCCP guidelines.
- Share recommendations to improve recruiting process and contribute to projects as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador by championing our culture, mission and values and deliver a stellar experience to our hiring managers and candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience is preferred.
- Experience in sourcing, recruiting, hiring and familiarity with an ATS/CRM, social media, resume databases and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Handshake etc. is desired, but willing to train.
- Demonstrated computer skills is required
- Strong customer service, organizational and time management skills.
- Project management, critical thinking, analytical abilities and decision making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
