As an Administrator/Dispatch Controller with Gessner Engineering, you are responsible for handling coordination, scheduling, and dispatching of field services resources, providing administrative support to engineering teams, communicating with clients, and contributing to the improvement of departmental processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and on-call clients with proposal requests
- Attend scoping calls for mid to large size projects
- Contact subcontractors for quotations when needed
- Setting up new and updating existing projects
- Daily client correspondence to gather project related information
- Guide field crew before and/or during field operations
- Coordinate with internal teams (Gessner departments) for scope and services
- Submit 811 tickets for all projects
- Coordinate with engineering team for scope of work
Requirements/Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented & highly organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Proactive
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Solutions-Minded
- Self Initiating
- Collaborative
- Experience in an administrative/dispatch role preferred
