We are excited to announce openings for our Financial Customer Associate positions! This role is primarily remote and focuses on providing exceptional customer service over the phone. No previous experience in finance is necessary—we are more interested in your ability to connect with and assist others. We are particularly interested in bilingual candidates who can converse fluently in both English and Spanish. Training and initial support will be conducted in English, with opportunities to join our specialized Spanish-speaking teams.
What You'll Do
Build meaningful relationships with customers by empathizing and responding to their needs.

Maintain high standards of customer service, consistently processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Identify and clearly define problems, escalating issues as needed.
Take proactive steps to increase your knowledge and effectiveness in handling customer inquiries.

Who You Are

Excellent communication skills across multiple channels, including email and live chat.
