Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in typing (50 WPM) and strong computer literacy.
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center.
History of achieving high QA/KPI scores.
Familiarity with CRM systems; experience in home service industries is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Schedule
