As we continue our journey, we're seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer to join our team in New York City.
Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting our CEO and acting as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the CEO's office. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, from managing travel logistics to implementing systems that support our long-term vision. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including meticulous calendar management, expense report oversight, and coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the CEO's daily operations, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
Coordinate meetings seamlessly, handling attendee management, materials preparation, and issue resolution as needed.
Assist in the creation and editing of documents and presentations for external audiences.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Founder or C-Level Executive.
BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with Quips is a plus.
Demonstrated discretion, maturity, and consistency in handling sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to provide structure in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to provide support during off-hours as needed in an international setting.
