About The Role
As the Program Management Leader, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement under the guidance of the VP of Customer Engagement. Your role will involve leading cross-functional projects aimed at boosting product adoption, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Lead strategic initiatives to elevate customer engagement across all touchpoints.
Establish operational priorities for the team to ensure efficiency, collaboration, and visibility.
Collaboration And Execution
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to execute initiatives successfully.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness.
Analyze data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Communication And Partnerships
Develop communication and promotion strategies to drive awareness and growth.
Cultivate strong partnerships with various teams to achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
7-10 years of experience in program management or customer engagement.
Profound understanding of customer lifecycle management principles.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Effective project management skills with a focus on prioritization.
Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Demonstrated leadership experience and team inspiration.
Analytical mindset with a talent for leveraging data to drive decisions.
