Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experiences at all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with teams to execute customer engagement programs seamlessly.
- Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Establish operational priorities for the team, focusing on efficiency and collaboration.
- Develop communication strategies to raise awareness of key initiatives.
- Foster partnerships across departments to drive collective outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in program management or customer engagement, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong grasp of customer lifecycle management principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
