Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership and administration for the Nursing Department.
- Collaborate with the Administrator to support and enhance the hospital's objectives and operations.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Participate actively as a member of the executive management team, contributing to decisions that drive quality and cost-effective healthcare.
- Ensure compliance with established healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and evaluate nursing practices, staffing plans, and patient care services.
