Position Summary
As the Chief Operations Officer (COO), you will play a key role in our Executive Leadership Team, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating closely with the President and executive team, you will drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and efficiency across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Shape decisions and resolve cross-departmental challenges.
- Oversee operations, programs, information systems, facilities, and compliance.
- Establish and refine systems, processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Promote standardization and efficiency throughout the organization.
