The Accountant will play a key role in preparing tax returns, financial statements, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines.
- Support senior accountants in preparing tax and financial statement workpapers.
- Learn to prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns under supervision.
- Collaborate directly with clients to address their accounting and tax needs.
- Engage in tax planning for both individuals and businesses.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced team environment with strict deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems; advanced skills in Excel and MS Word.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 1 year of experience in accounting (preferred).
- Partial/hybrid remote work arrangement.
