Your Role In Our Mission
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and proactive manner.

- Conduct thorough research to resolve customer inquiries and address any leadership concerns within the system.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of cash management and processing tasks, including but not limited to:
- Processing cash receipts, paper checks, daily deposits, EFTs, voided payments, stop payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Analyzing claim payments and entering financial transactions accurately.
- Providing prompt responses to client inquiries, both internal and external.
- Participating in the reconciliation and processing of annual 1099s.
- Remote position in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).
- Salary range: $33,500 - $47,900 per year, with variations based on geographic location, experience, and other factors.
