What You'll Do With Us
As a Capital Markets Manager, your primary role is to oversee and optimize our consumer and pooled loan portfolios. You'll work closely with our Chief Credit Officer and our CCBX BaaS (Banking as a Service) division, managing loan flows, concentrations, and capital markets activities. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining credit models, managing loan sales and purchases, and maximizing portfolio returns. You'll also play a key role in pricing whole loan sales and establishing disposition channels across various platforms, including credit funds and securitizations.

- Coordinating and executing capital markets and credit administration responsibilities.
- Managing accuracy of loan sale and purchase data through internal control processes.
- Handling special projects such as backup loan service providers and lending as a service.

- Experience managing balance sheet asset concentrations and overseeing loan sales and purchases.
- Previous roles in credit administration and related areas such as loan audit and review are advantageous.
