We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our Client Focused Non-Qualified team. In this pivotal role, you will champion a team of Client Service Managers, fostering growth, client retention, and operational efficiency while ensuring risk mitigation.
As a leader, you will navigate change with finesse, driving positive transformation within our department. Your responsibilities will include managing a division of our institutional client market, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and timely services that exceed customer expectations. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential to uphold our service standards and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Service Managers, providing guidance, development opportunities, and cross-training to achieve team objectives efficiently.
- Manage the growth, retention, satisfaction, and profitability of client relationships, assets, and plans, gathering feedback to drive innovation and maintain market leadership.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement strategies that enhance client service delivery.
- Set and achieve metrics related to efficiency, execution, staffing, and process documentation, ensuring operational excellence.
- Act as a point of escalation for critical and sensitive issues, driving timely resolution and ownership.
- Participate in strategic projects and SWAT-related activities to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, and negotiate.
- Registration as a General Securities Representative (Series 7) or Investment Company and Variable Contracts Representative (Series 6) and Operations Professional preferred; candidates without these registrations must acquire them within nine months of hire.
- Prior experience in non-qualified plans is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the retirement industry and company projects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel overnight when required.

- Salary Range: $77,350 - $147,600 per year
