- Utilize your expertise in Property Accounting (apartments, community housing, mobile home) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Apply GAAP principles to maintain compliance and accuracy in financial records.
- Proficiently utilize MS Office and accounting software/databases to streamline operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume accounting with strong proficiency in financial reporting.
- Prior experience in Property Accounting is essential.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and accounting software/databases.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring H-1 sponsorship or student visas.
- Successful completion of standard pre-hire checks, including background, drug screen, and references.
- Competitive salary anticipated to range between $70,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
