The Role: Scrum Master Lead (REMOTE)
Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, remote work environment? We're seeking a dedicated Scrum Master Lead to champion our agile development process. As a servant leader, you'll guide cross-functional teams in embracing Agile principles and practices, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and empower development teams in Agile methodologies to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Foster collaboration across teams and resources to maximize productivity.
- Proactively identify and resolve impediments to streamline the development process.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and implementation of action items.
- Promote transparency and collaboration between the Scrum Team and stakeholders.
- Serve as an Agile advocate, educating colleagues on the benefits of the framework.
- Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive successful product launches.
- 5 years of experience in Agile environments.
- 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar Agile coaching position.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and relationships within teams and with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- This is a remote/virtual position with occasional travel for in-person meetings.
