We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter who embodies perseverance, efficiency, and a commitment to achieving goals. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sourcing, screening, and recruitment of top-tier talent for a diverse range of positions, including Medical Assistants (MAs), Care Navigators, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs), and leadership roles within our organization.
Responsibilities
Employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Facilitate and organize interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertisement to offer negotiations.
Surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with recruitment benchmarks.
Deliver outstanding, personalized service to both candidates and hiring managers.
Cultivate and uphold strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare recruitment.
Demonstrated business acumen and excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in independently managing tasks within a dynamic environment.
Proven track record of recruiting across various healthcare domains, encompassing both clinical and administrative roles.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
Comfortable with a hybrid work model, primarily remote with occasional onsite obligations.
Compensation
Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year.
