**Position Overview**
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of travel logistics for our highly skilled teams of surgeons, specialists, and aviation crew members. Your responsibilities will include arranging commercial flights, ground transportation, rental cars, and hotel accommodations, ensuring efficient and timely transportation for our teams. You'll collaborate with ground transportation specialists to plan pick-up and drop-off schedules, maintaining clear communication with our teams throughout their missions.
Additionally, you'll assist our teams with any requests, issues, or concerns that arise while they're on assignment, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintaining accurate records related to reservations and airline ticket credits is essential in this role, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
This is a full-time position based at our Logistics Call Center, with a rotating schedule of approximately 15 12-hour shifts per month, including nights, holidays, and weekends. Remote work is not permitted for this role.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, travel, or logistics
- Proven ability to multitask and calmly manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound recommendations based on thoughtful and accurate analysis
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues as needed
- Associate's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
