Client Partnership
You'll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them from initial requests through contract finalization. Your expertise in recommending the best suppliers and destinations will ensure seamless travel experiences.
Negotiation And Budgeting
Use your negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing and create detailed budgets. Collaborate closely with our Procurement Team and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
Program Management
Manage a portfolio of 100 - 200 programs annually, ensuring all operations meet our high standards and client expectations.
Relationship Building
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers, maintaining open communication to deliver exceptional service.
Financial Oversight
Handle financial aspects like deposit requirements and program forecasting, keeping our financial systems updated with accurate data.
Special Projects
Take on exciting initiatives that drive innovation and enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in project, event, or meeting management, with at least 2 years in procurement. Experience in hotel purchasing is essential.
Education
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a CMP designation would be advantageous.
Skills
Demonstrated negotiation skills, knowledge of domestic and international destinations, and familiarity with travel supplier operations are critical. Proficiency with program management systems is a plus.
