We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our Direct Sales Team in a remote capacity based in Nebraska. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming opportunities into meaningful sales by developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. What You'll Achieve

As an Account Executive, you will take charge of cultivating new business opportunities and expanding relationships within a defined geographic territory or product line. You will work closely with customers to ensure a top-notch experience, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing and implementing strategic business plans to capitalize on market trends and achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborating with senior management on critical business issues and providing insights for strategic decisions.
  • Identifying product strategies to effectively engage with various customers and industries.
  • Conducting competitor assessments and analyzing market trends to optimize sales and profitability.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience selling technology solutions, with a knack for understanding how these solutions can address business challenges.

  • Ability to engage effectively with senior management and provide valuable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management.
  • 0-2 years of experience in outside sales.

Desirable Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is between \(108,800 and \)140,800, including base salary and commissions.
