Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing marketing plans to support new product commercialization, audience targeting, customer relationship management (CRM), and other downstream marketing activities. You'll play a pivotal role in our marketing team with a global impact.
Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for our website and CRM system (HubSpot).
Drive focused lead generation activities through innovative multi-channel marketing tactics such as web, email, social media, blog, video, and events.
Collaborate on marketing automation plans and lead nurturing tactics with digital and content marketing team members.
Manage website wireframing and updates for curiox.com.
Utilize analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and track ROI.
Develop commercial and customer-facing materials to support lead generation, education, and events.
Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings and manage agenda and notes.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our brand strategy is upheld in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with proficiency in CRM (HubSpot preferred), website wireframing, social media management, content writing, and project management.
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business, communications, or related discipline.
Experience in life science markets, particularly in flow cytometry, single cell applications, lab automation, sample preparation, or immunology, is preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong business acumen and customer focus.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Capable of autonomous operation.
